What is the DiploMe platform?
It is the renewed CIMEA platform for comparability and verification services developed using blockchain technology. By registering on the platform you will be able to digitally provide your foreign credentials and apply for their evaluation and/or verification following just a few simple steps.
The platform will also allow you to follow the status of your application and receive an alert once the Statement has been published. Once a CIMEA Statement is issued to you, it is saved in blockchain enabling you to access it from anywhere, download it and share it directly from the platform with institutions and employers in a simple, secure and certified way. Together with your educational documents, you can use your Statements of Comparability and/or Verification as a basis when applying for higher education courses.
CIMEA - Information Centre on Academic Mobility and Equivalence has performed since 1984 its specific activity of providing information and advice on the procedures of qualifications recognition and on themes linked to Italian and international higher education and training. CIMEA is the official Italian centre within the NARIC - National Academic Recognition Information Centres - network of the European Union and the ENIC - European National Information Centres - network of the Council of Europe and of UNESCO.
CIMEA supports academic mobility in all its forms and facilitates the understanding of the components of the Italian and foreign higher education and training systems and promotes the principles of the Lisbon Recognition Convention in the field of academic qualification recognition.

Please note that, although three different services are available on the DiploMe platform, your qualification can be related to only one of them. Make sure therefore that you select the Country of Education System and the Level of Education System of your qualification correctly in the Service Finder below. In fact, it is such a combination that will determine the type of service offered for your qualification and the relevant required documents you need to provide.
Please note that at this stage this information is only aimed to help you choose the correct service available for your qualification. You will be asked to provide additional details regarding the location of study during the application process.

Tips to identify the Country of Education System
CASE A
I took examinations administered by a UK Board (Cambridge International Education, Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, etc.), but the school where my studies took place is located outside the UK. Which Country of Education System should I select?
In this case please select United Kingdom and not the country where your school is located.
CASE B
I have been awarded a High School Diploma according to the US curriculum, but the school where my studies took place is located outside the USA. Which Country of Education System should I select?
In this case please select United States of America and not the country where your school is located.
CASE C
I have been awarded an International Baccalaureate diploma or a European Baccalaureate diploma. Which Country of Education System should I select?
In this case please select accordingly International Baccalaureate / European Baccalaureate in the drop-down menu.
CASE D
The institution that issued my official qualification was based in a different country from the country where I studied. Which Country of Education System should I select?
Please select the country where the institution that issued your official qualification is based, not the country where you actually studied. For example, if you studied in Pakistan but your qualification was issued by an institution based in the United Kingdom, please select United Kingdom.
